Welcome to the Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), Northern California Chapter website; your source for information about CRS classes, Chapter events and important news.

The strength of a Certified Residential Specialist is proven each day through individual dedication to further education, fine tuning of skills and techniques and always striving to provide superior quality service to the real estate customer and client.

Our chapter is sponsoring two real estate courses this year, offering the highest degree of education possible. Our forum of networking/educational seminars afford opportunities to receive input from top quality national speakers as well as grass root networking. This web site is dedicated to enhancing the image of our members and providing each of you more exposure to the public.

This is YOUR chapter and is run through the efforts of volunteers and we need more of you. Now is the time to get involved... you will reap tremendous benefits. The networking opportunities are fabulous. We are striving to make this the best chapter in the nation! You can help by becoming involved in the activities of the chapter and help raise the standards of our profession as a Certified Residential Specialist.

Chapter With A Heart Award - 2008

This award is given to Chapters in recognition of their commitment to community service. The Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of REALTORS® presents the "Chapter with a Heart" award to chapters that participate in a humanitarian service project.

For our first 2008 project, the Chapter initiated Adopt A Family projects throughout our area. Many of our Officers and AVPs sponsored families/organizations by providing toys, food, clothing and/or monetary donations collected from fellow agents, clients, family and friends.

We are working on a second project for the remainder of 2008 and will post information here as soon as it is available.
