For More Visibility...purchase a display ad in the hard copy Chapter Referral Directory. A 1/4 page ad is $250; a 1/2 page ad is $400. Display ads are placed in the special ad section of our print directory (you also receive the free standard sized ad.)

Submission Guidelines & Refund Policy
  • Be creative in designing your ad
  • NEW LOGOS...be sure to use a council approved logo
  • Only high resolution B&W pdf versions of your ad will be accepted
  • You must design your own ad or have someone like FedEx/Kinkos design one for you
  • Hard copy submissions will not be accepted; all ad copy must be submitted electronically as a high resolution pdf
  • Chapter is not responsible for errors or omissions and will not make corrections on your behalf
  • If payment is received for an Optional Display Ad, but no ad copy is received by
    November 30, 2011, NO REFUND will be issued
  • 2012 chapter dues must be paid by November 30, 2011 in order for a display ad to appear in the referral directory
The sample ad below (actual size) is our standard listing for designees and is free with your 2012 paid Chapter membership dues ($60); this listing is automatically placed in the alphabetical section of our print directory (for designees only) – no action is required on your part.
General/Candidate chapter members will be included in our referral directory is a special section which will list your name, company affiliation and city. Your 2012 chapter dues must be paid by 12/31/11 in order to guarantee placement in this special Candidate member section.
